Celebrate the final stretch of summer with The Krush 95.9 and an evening of live Northern California music at Vintage Space inside the Flamingo Resort.
Headlining the End of Summer Bash are The Sorentinos, the enduring Sonoma County rock band led by singer, songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player Danny Sorentino. Raised on the adventurous sounds of San Francisco freeform radio, Danny cites The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, Neil Young and garage rock among his foundational influences. Guitarist Steve Barbieri brings an equally broad background spanning rock and roll, folk-rock, rockabilly, country, R&B and blues. Together with bassist Rob Ruiz and drummer Rory Judge, the band delivers a lively, road-tested sound built on memorable songs, seasoned musicianship and a deep love of rock and roll. Also appearing is Anna Jae, a Redding-born singer, songwriter and guitarist whose music pairs candid songwriting with a warm, expressive stage presence. Her catalog includes the 12-song album It Hurt, But I’m Glad I Felt It, along with singles including “Broken” and “Wonder.” Whether performing with her red acoustic guitar or backed by a full band, Anna brings heart, personality and an unmistakable sense of joy to the stage. The evening is part of The Krush On the Road, taking the independent spirit of Sonoma County’s Wine Country radio station beyond the airwaves and into local music venues. The Krush 95.9 has a longstanding connection to live music and regional artists through its concerts and community events.
